Two men out of Warren Ohio had pulled into a McDonald’s drive-thru sometime around 3:30 a.m. really wanting breakfast, and that is just saying it nicely. According to the Warren Police Department report which was published in the The Smoking Gun, “The males were not happy that McMuffins were not being sold at the time.”
A worker at the McDonald’s told the police that the driver had pulled out a firearm while the passenger began swearing at the employee.
The report said that the pair had left without and further incident. This incident was classified as aggravated menacing according to The Smoking Gun.
